The vulnerability allows remote attackers to inject own malicious script codes with persistent attack vector to compromise browser to web-application requests from the application-side. The vulnerability is located in the support ticket message body. The message body does not sanitize the input of message. Remote attackers with low privileged application user accounts are able to inject own malicious script code with persistent attack vector. The request method to inject is post. After the inject the message a displayed again for the user and the backend for the support (admin). The issue can be exploited by organization, student and instructor account roles. Successful exploitation of the vulnerability results in session hijacking, persistent phishing attacks, persistent external redirects to malicious source and persistent manipulation of affected application modules.
