This is a PHP masscaner for IPB <= 3.3.4 . This scan can be used on Windows computers and search on Bing.com links with IPB forums , then extract them into a file after testing who is vulnerable . At the last the scanner makes vuln.txt where are the vuln server with php backdoor instaled.

Extract ipb.zip to a location . Go to ipb directory . There u find a Batch file named run . Just right click on them --> Edit then u will see this .\php\php.exe ipbmass.php word . Replace word with the word do you want to searc for forums . Save the file then double click on run.bat . The scanner will grep the urls with IPB forums then try to upload shell backdoor . The proccess of verification if IPB site is vuln may take a while . At last you will see in IPB folder a file named vuln.txt where are the vulns php backdored Links.
